Flea Market 2012 Application

Thank you for your interest in the Frome Flea Market.

If your application is successful we will provide a dedicated space for you in Frome’s Market Yard car park during the busy Frome Flea Market. Please note that the market is in the open air, so please provide adequate cover if needed, as well as your own tables etc. The Frome Flea is a quality second-hand market, alongside St. Catherine’s Artisan Market. Applications are invited from traders selling vintage clothes, homeware and furniture, collectables and antiques. There is also space for a few hot food and drinks stalls.

C O S T 

Pitches are hired at a cost of £25 per market date. Payment for which must be received in advance to guarantee pitch. Discounts for bulk booking of pitches as follows:

5 x markets booked = £110 (saving of £15)
6 x markets booked = £130 (saving of £20)

Stallholders will need to transfer payment via BACS or send a cheque, when pitches have been approved. Please be aware that once payment is complete, we are unable to give refunds or carry payments over to alternative dates.

S E T   U P 

Traders are allowed on site from 7.30am (8am on 4th Dec). All traders will need to be in place by 9.00am. NO vehicle movement will be allowed after 9.00am. All vehicles will need to be moved to the parking site, which is in front of the Cheese and Grain, and free all day. There is also ample free car parking nearby in Badcox and Cork Street car parks.

S E L E C T I O N 

Existing stallholders will be welcome to return to our events in 2012. New applications from second-hand & antique traders are also invited. The appointment of stalls is the decision of the management group. Stalls will not be allocated on a first come first served basis, but on their suitability for the market. All traders will need to provide proof of Public Liability insurance on application.
